**Special Meeting for Category A Members** - May 1, 2024
On May 1, 2024 there is a Special Meeting called for Category A members to vote positively, negatively or abstain from approving the proposed revised ByLaws that govern CASE RNs. This meeting had been postponed from March 2024 allowing for more time to review the revised ByLaws.
Please note: The current ByLaws state that we need 10 Category A members to attend the Special Meeting to meet quorum. If you do not want to vote, you can abstain. Abstentions do not count in the tallying of the vote either negatively or positively, however, your attendance is important to contribute to the quorum.
