Natasha Gulati is a technology lawyer, patent agent, and trademark agent specializing in strategically securing, enforcing and commercializing IP rights
Natasha works extensively with businesses of all stages to develop and implement effective IP strategies that align with overall business objectives, growth strategy and exit plans. She is experienced in the areas of patent, trademark, copyright, industrial design and trade secret law, as well as IP licensing and acquisitions. She has assisted clients in diverse sectors before the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and has successfully represented clients in disputes before the Federal Court.
Members are encouraged to gather each Third Wednesday for our virtual Monthly Mastermind meetings. This activity is an opportunity to network within the membership providing informal mentorship, scholarship, and fellowship. The goal is to have casual discussions with peers while helping each other with improving our skills as independent practice nurses.
